My story
Growing up in Berkshire, England, I struggled with excess weight from my teenage years into adulthood. Despite eating well and enjoying home-cooked meals, the battle against the pounds was a constant struggle. I tried every diet and fad out there, from calorie counting to rigorous exercise, but the weight always seemed to creep back on.
As I got older, I became increasingly aware of the health consequences of being overweight or obese. High cholesterol, high blood pressure, joint pain, and more became everyday challenges. I also had to deal with the psychological stigma that comes with being overweight.
In October 2022, I found GLP-1 meds, a game changer for obesity sufferers. I’ve lost 80 pounds since and continue to shed weight, with many non-scale victories. This journey inspired me to help others access GLP-1 meds in a supportive clinical environment. With the addition of Contour Light® infra-red light therapy, I continue to lose inches, tighten my skin, and feel so much better overall.
